Isometric Perspective & Orthographic Projection

--> Hello to all year 8 students,

The following materials will help you to revise all of the content we discussed in today's graphics lesson.  This information is available for you to explore further and make your AutoCAD 2010 experience a fun environment where you will be able to eventually create 3D models of any item of interest to you.

Think of all the great things that you could potentially design. Anything from a push-bike phone / ipod holder to the bike itself and much more.  A new skate board ramp, in a horseshoe-slope design, or the best cubby house for your back yard.  Maybe a cool new desk for your computer or new mystical designs / logos for stickers or screen printing onto T-shirts.  Basically, the list is endless and open to your own imagination and creativity or requirements.

AutoCAD can be as fun as you want it to become; and best of all, becoming an AutoCAD master is not all that difficult.  You need to commit to learning one more step each day and before long you will be designing what you like with ease.  So take the time to learn more about this magical program, give yourself the opportunity to become the master of this program and above all make it fun.  Enjoy being creative in your own fun way.

We look forward to helping you to express some fantastic 3D models.  Engage with your teacher, learn and have fun doing it – it is possible and the financial rewards for knowing such a program can be very beneficial in your after school life.
